Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We ship many products worldwide each day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

How long does shipping take?  We've successfully delivered over 130,000 orders to customers around the globe

  • USA Orders: We'll receive your order and process it within 7 days after purchase.  As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with tracking info.  Orders arrive at your door within 30 days but generally arrive faster.
  • International Orders:  Items will be processed and shipped within 7 days of purchase.  Shipping takes up to 15 days.  You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.  International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur. Orders arrive at your door within 30 days but generally arrive faster.

We DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. 

How much is the shipping cost?

  • USA Orders - All orders ship free
  • International Orders- Orders less than $200 cost $20 for shipping while orders over $200 are FREE shipping. Please note that our shipping fee is non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.

How can I track my order?  
  • Our team will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships + you will be informed of your tracking number.

    What is your return policy?

    • We FIRMLY stand behind our products.  Please see refund + returns page for specific details.

    I didn't get all of my items.

    • Especially for large orders, you may receive different packages with your items.  Do not be alarmed if you don't receive your entire order together.

    Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

      • If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at customersupport@thetinyhipster.com and we will do our best to help you. If your order has not been shipped yet, it should not be a problem to make changes. If your order has been shipped, you may return or exchange any items for store credit if you do not wish to keep after you receive them.

    Can I pay in my own currency?

    • All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction.  You can shop with your countries currency with the converter located on the top of the website homepage.

    How secure is my personal information?

    The Tiny Hipster adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

    Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

    How should I wash The Tiny Hipster Clothing?

    Items with screen printing, sequins, and/or glitters should be washed as followed:

    • Fill a large basin, tub, or sink with lukewarm water
    • Stir in a mild detergent (not a “detergent soap” — use plain detergent, otherwise some garments will get soap stains)
    • Gently submerge your garments and then swish them slowly from side to side for about five minutes.
    • Rinse with cool water and allow to air dry
